The company clearly wants to do what's best for employees. They pay employees well. Are transparent where possible and host quarterly all-staff events that were nice. Felt like a very stable and financially healthy organization. Great work-life balance.

Cons

The organization felt 'behind the times'. Not the place for individuals seeking a progressive workplace culture.
