      Pros

      Company Culture encourages work/life balance, and promotes connection within the company. Company offers substantive benefits with adaptability to employee needs. Smaller departments allow for plenty of interaction

      Cons

      Salary compensation is on the lower side of the industry, however benefits compensate for this gap. Smaller departments impede career development opportunities.

      Pros

      Very diverse and welcoming environment. Management is very supportive of your career goals and personal goals. The work-life balance here is great; the short Fridays every week are very convenient! I love the supportive training and available opportunities for continued education. Promotions and opportunities of advancement have been more available lately due to the overall growth of the company.

      Cons

      There can be some confusion on the procedures and everyday functionalities. Due to all of the growth shifting in staff, there hasn't been much uniform training. This problem is considered as a "good problem" and I'm sure this is something that will be addressed soon.
