This company's culture is a rare breed in that it has driven results with a family-friendly atmosphere. Folks are much more personable with the unified drive of making great progress. Excellent strategic leadership is key, but the people who work here - make it the great place it is.

Cons

In some departments, for those that wish to be competitively paid in lieu of a great work life balance may run into some challenges. Those who want the balance of compensation and true family-values - this is a great place to be.

They allow me to spread my wings and reach for the stars without stiffling my creativity. They honestly appreciate the work I do and reward us for a job well done. They also appear to care about my personal well being. They allow me to research the best way to do something and not put pressure to just push a task out the door.

I find our leadership team has an enorumous passion around our people and our vision. They are concerned about us as individuals, our families, and our professional success. In addition, they are constantly monitoring our progress and place in the industry; making certain that we are taking the steps we need to navigate the future well.

Cons

Overall, one of the best environments I have worked in.
