Pros

- Flexible work schedule. - Great benefits. - Majority of co-workers are pleasant to work with. - Ability to work from home. - Encouraged to take personal time off when needed. - Some employees in leadership roles are open-minded and have the ability/willingness to teach and lead their co-workers in a way that is beneficial to both the employee and the leader . They are truly invested in the people that report to them and want to see them succeed. They have the ability to teach in multiple different facets and are able to pick up on the different learning styles of the people they are leading.

Cons

- Experiencing some growing pains at the moment. - Some employees in leadership roles are not as open-minded and haven't shown the ability/willingness to teach and lead their co-workers in a way that is beneficial to both the employee and the leader . They don't seem to be as invested in the people that report to them and they teach in a way that is "one size fits" all, which is not as beneficial when leading multiple people with various learning styles.

Pros

Most colleagues are supportive and friendly. Company provides social events and swag in lieu of better salaries and PTO.

Cons

Not a place for insurance professionals or anyone seeking career growth. Caters to long-term employees who tow the company line. HR focused more “feel good” programs rather than solving real employee concerns.

Pros

I enjoy the 37.5 hour work week, generous PTO, and overall a positive environment to work in where we are supported.

Cons

It is a growing company and is not immune to "The Great Resignation" currently happening in the country, so it seems like things are still being figured out with regard to the pandemic and how we are moving forward as a workplace as the company continues to grow. There has been a lot of movement in the company with hiring new people, promoting others, etc, so I hope that leadership is open to new conversations and suggestions on what is going to work best for the company as it moves forward.
