Very poor communication - Lots of business talk and vague answers to keep you guessing instead of direct answers
Benefits are abysmal - No work from home, bare minimum PTO + Holidays, No sick leave, expensive health care, paternity leave only after 1 year
Extremely slow to change - I've never seen a software company of this size move so slow. Even some customers are starting to complain about the outdated look/feel/tech
Zero passion - If you thrive in a place where everyone has a side hustle and is striving for constant learning avoid BT
Deceitful - If you've seen the "best place to work" thing... don't buy into that. Our marketing team went to everyone in person and told them we would have a week long party if and only if we left enough positive feedback in the surveys to force a win... The title is not actually a good thing and should reflect very negatively.
