Bad environment for children and employees
Pros
The children that's the only reason. Working experience if you can survive. At least you get minimum wage when they really feel like giving it to you. Sometimes parents give tiny presents.
Cons
Everything from the management lack of interest from them and also lack of supplies and resources. I'll give you an example if you would pay your employees properly they would want to stay there and therefore give the kids all the attention they need. If you under pay the teachers they would want to leave and do crap your work. So for a kid this is not good because they're not getting the proper attention that someone supposed to give them. Sometimes the other teachers can be the ones degrading you, and it can almost be certain it will happen every day. It feels like you are walking on egg shells and you are being monitored consistently. Ive seen a lot of unethical things go on here, one coworker was lowered on her pay regardless of her already low pay scale. One particular person in management is a constant critique to thibgs that wont even make sense. Also, lies are being told to parents every day. I would not put my child here based upon their current environment. If you want to work here, i warn you, do not. You will get paid more at In N Out.
