Pros

Great team culture. Senior team management is really good and manages the teams and projects really well. Company is open to new ideas and encourages the team to implement new things(gives time and support in the sprint). Product itself has got lot of potential to grow. Option to choose to work from anywhere.

Cons

I can't think of one.

Pros

Best work life balance I've had for a very long time. Mature and supportive culture. We have a positive impact on productivity and work/life balance for builders. Leadership trust their staff to do the right thing by the business. Company holds a strong strategic vision and the leadership is very effective at communicating it. Wonderful office fit-out in late 2019. I could easily write this Glassdoor review whilst another staff member or manager read it and thought about it. How many companies and their staff can say that?

Cons

Dealing with growth both customers and staff headcount whilst meeting new strategic goals or feature targets can be a difficult but rewarding challenge.
