Pros

Dedicated and fun employees that work hard and want everyone to succeed. Day-to-day you will own your work. Mostly remote, flexible work days, and no micro-management.

Cons

The benefits aren't great. While your days are mostly flexible, don't be shocked when you are required to attend really early or really late meetings. The leadership - basically they are the opposite of the majority of the staff. They have little to no strategy and have hyper-emotional reactions that keep changing the company goals so it is impossible to be successful. They have long meetings where they share/read you a PowerPoint to support whatever the current "strategy" is. They focus on blame-shifting, finger-pointing, and general gaslighting. While they like to "talk" about the culture, their actions make it a joke amongst the staff.

Pros

Remote work is one of the only positives. They will not be in an office for some time.

Cons

Very basic product functionality. Unrealistic expectations. Poor management and communication.
