Hi - We try to hard to make employees feel like feedback can be a two way dialogue, and make sure we have a number of channels in place where this can occur in a way that is most comfortable to our employees. One of the most powerful ones is in our engagement survey, where we can have anonymous back and forth in the comments with leadership and employees.
