This is some really great insight and I thank you for taking the time to write it and share it. So much of what you talk about is hard - the larger we grow, the harder it is to hold onto that small, intimate company feel. It's a helpful reminder that as leaders, we have to be extra sure that our mid level managers understand the communications and strategy and can articulate it clearly for folks. I know the changes to the summer and holiday parties seem disapointing, mostly because it's different than what we've done in the past, but I'd encourage you to keep an open mind. The changes were very intentional - and all built around a holistic strategy to bring more people together, more frequently in an intentional way. These weren't cuts to the budget, in fact, we are spending the same amount of money, but have just allocated in ways that we think have bigger impact and ROI to more employees. As for your disapointing comp conversation - comp conversations are one of my favorite things to have with employees. Let's have one! If making more money is something you want to do or maybe it's career growth, we can explore different ways for you to do that at Bullhorn. I appreciate you taking the time, and hope we connect! Thanks for taking a few minutes to share your perspective of working at Bullhorn! Glad to see the important things are resonating with you. Let me know if you ever want to chat about career growth/opportunities. I'd be happy to sound board and bounce ideas around, as there are always different wants to continue to grow and progress, even if not upward, certainly broader. Me, or any one of my HRBPs - just reach out! - Kelley Morse, CPO

Bullhorn is Amazing

Pros

I honestly love it here and never want to work anywhere else. I will be here as long as I can be. - Great benefits - like all of them are great and they are continuously evaluating and adding more for their employees - Clear goals - Work / Life Flexibility and Balance - HR ( all the way up) cares but you have to give them an opportunity to - They want to see you succeed and provide opportunities for you to learn more

Cons

- Currently catching up on some major industry standards that should’ve been implemented sooner but better late than never. - Still trying to get a footing on change management and communication. - There could be more engagement being that it’s a remote first environment. - Some leaders were hired externally which isn’t bad but they could probably use some training on the product.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. It's definitely one of the most balanced and pragmatic reviews I've read about our support evolution. I love that you seem to understand the change, but also that you present the challenges and feedback as you do and more importantly, are excited about what we're doing. Myself and Support Leadership (Megan, Sarah, etc) would love to partner with you as we go forward together - how do we change/evolve at the pace we need to, but keep the teams energized as we go. Thank you, thank you, and let's go do this! - Kelley Morse, CPO.
