- Strong opportunities for growth within the organization, including upward compensation - Flexible working schedule. I have enjoyed and appreciated that you have control over your own schedule when it comes to using PTO and being available for kids events/family activities - Fun culture and good benefits. Overall very much a fun team/organization to be a part of. There continue to be new opportunities to take part in fun benefits at Bullhorn, along with affordable medical care. - Bullhorn has met the mark when it comes to parental leave. Many organizations continue to be behind where the world should be in 2024. Bullhorn has had a strong parental leave in place for years, which immeasurable. - Agile environment. Bullhorn continues to grow and I have found leadership to be receptive of employee feedback and opportunities for improvement in processes. Not a “red tape” environment.
