Pros

Bullhorn actually makes an effort to hire and promote from within, unlike many companies who merely give that topic lip service. Almost everyone is easy to get along with. Bullhorn is remote-first, so that's an advantage for skilled talent seeking remote work.

Cons

Like any business, Bullhorn can and will do layoffs before losing money. The upper management at Bullhorn is extremely resistant to change, and does not always demonstrate the culture objectives that everyone else is held to.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. If you ever want to share feedback on the resistance to change you felt or instances of our senior management not living our core values, I'd be open to hearing it. We spend a lot of time ensuring that our values are lived top down, and bottoms up, and if there are pockets in the org where this isn't the case, I think it's important to look into. Wishing you the best in your next role. - Kelley Morse, CPO

I appreciate this feedback and am sorry to see you left us with this feeling. This doesn't sound like the type of experience that I've like for any of our Bullhorn employees to have. When employees are feeling this way, we encrouage them to come and talk to someone - a HRBP, myself, any member of the senior leadership teams. Happy to have a confidential chat if you ever want to share more detail. If not, wishing you the best in your next career chapter. - Kelley Morse, CPO.

Pros

I've been at Bullhorn for a little over a year and can honestly say it's the most legit company I've ever worked for. Bullhorn employs a tremendous amount of smart, collaborative, and friendly people who have been nothing but supportive since I joined the organization. The culture is great and not micro-managey at all. I was a little nervous working 100% remote in this role, but feel very involved and not isolated at all. I love Bullhorn and hope to stay here for years and years to come!

Cons

Working 100% remote requires you to be self disciplined and seek the help you need. Sometimes can be difficult to get a hold of people virtually rather than walking up to their desk.
