Pros

Great pay and benefits. They have a very open culture. I have never worked somewhere that even as an entry level employee I felt this comfortable approaching people in any department or at any level of management and discussing concerns, or having a general conversation. It's like titles don't exist sometimes and we are all on the same level. No matter what you are concerned about you are heard out and taken seriously I've never been made to feel like my concern didn't matter. We have started doing fun Fridays in support so we have goofy drink day with off flavors, a baking competition, we had dogs in the office for a couple hours, and more its a blast. I truly look forward to coming to work every day.

Cons

I can't really think of anything with in the companies control that I am dissatisfied with.

I love your line, "It's like titles don't exist sometimes and we are all on the same level." So true, and thank you for taking the time to recognize it!

Pros

Bullhorn should put on a workshop for how to evolve a startup. The work/life balance is fantastic, (evolved far past individual contributors working in the "wild west"), HR and line level managers are insanely active in breeding, retaining, and challenging individual contributors, and the perks are fantastic. Honestly, the exec team literally works for their customers and their employees 24/7. The transparency and vision delivered by Art Papas at townhalls is literally a breath of fresh air and his actions are always in the best interests of the aforementioned. HR is beyond approachable and always has an open door. People are smiling, and work is just fun.

Cons

With coming into the shining period of Bullhorn, it's time for refinement. The "overhead" like process, standardization of knowledge bases, and a real push for cross-team development will be what takes Bullhorn from a great company to unparalleled within the space. Take the great messaging at the c-level and continue it through directors and managers; the more everyone is singing the same song, the better.

Pros

There is so much opportunity for career growth at Bullhorn, especially in Support. If you put in the hard work and execute it in a quality manner, it will be recognized in the long-term. Opportunities will be presented to you as long as you choose to capitalize on them.

Cons

Due to the amount of growth this company has seen, promotions have become expected. I have many peers who seem to think that they are deserving to advance simply because they have been with the company over a year. When forced to interact with those people, it can take a toll on morale as they are often a huge source of negative energy. That is not a direct fault of Bullhorn, but perhaps desperate hiring when we were very short staffed.

I remember at my new hire orientation, hearing from Art that Bullhorn does not tolerate "energy vampires." That's held true in my experience, and I challenge you to call people out on draining you when it happens. It sounds like you've experienced the career growth that comes with the hard work and quality that you mention. Congratulations, and thanks so much for taking the time to review!
