Pros

I loved walking into the St. Louis office everyday because of the dynamic culture and the people. I found the executives to be transparent and realistic. HR and the CEO have a true passion for taking care of people in a positive and unique way. They have excellent benefits, great career paths for entry level individuals, and people move up and into new departments on a regular basis. The only reason I left Bullhorn was because of a specific career path that wasn't available for me but I would rejoin the company in the future. It is the best company I have worked for and I will continue to watch from afar while wishing my friends success.

Cons

I don't have a true "con" with Bullhorn. I agree the company has growing pains. That was exciting for me though because I was part of building. I was able to create solutions to hard problems and help create a positive experience for clients, employees, etc... The company is built for people that have drive and passion. If someone wants to come to work to just collect a paycheck, it probably isn't for them.

Pros

Bullhorn is growing at an amazing rate. Revenue, new hires, and internal promotions are all exceptionally high. Bullhorn still manages to pay close attention to company culture and cultivate a personal close-knit feel despite high growth. Monthly regional company get-togethers, lunch on Wednesdays, and breakfast on Fridays are just a few examples of perks that are offered which ultimately bring together employees from different divisions on a weekly basis.

Cons

As with any company growing at a rapid rate, there can be some growing pains. As departments change their structure, workflow processes, and goals there is an adjustment period.

Pros

A growing innovative company, who really could change the world of CRM. An exciting place to be!

Cons

Only cons if you are change averse - if you know how to embrace change, this is a great place to be!
