* Really poor company politics/culture that seemed to only get worse over time * Hong Kong centric, so the experience anywhere else suffers greatly * Lots of out-of-hours work, expectation to be available for meetings 16hrs/day * Most managers (upper and lower) are good technically but quite bad people managers, with no effort to recognize or improve this * Low transparency, the occasional all hands meetings were usually disingenuous cheerleading sessions * Yearly layoffs * Very transactional * No 401k match

Constantly changing, whether on the tech front, company direction or structure. Things can change overnight with where entire departments or teams can be laid off. The company is very HK focused, so expect a lot of early morning and late night calls.
