* Really poor company politics/culture that seemed to only get worse over time
* Hong Kong centric, so the experience anywhere else suffers greatly
* Lots of out-of-hours work, expectation to be available for meetings 16hrs/day
* Most managers (upper and lower) are good technically but quite bad people managers, with no effort to recognize or improve this
* Low transparency, the occasional all hands meetings were usually disingenuous cheerleading sessions
* Yearly layoffs
* Very transactional
* No 401k match
