      Great team, friendly atmosphere. Some real experts in what they do, and a big company behind you to back up your plays.

      Cons

      Decentralised, centralised model . . too many cheifs, and not enough indians. In some OpCos there is a tendency to promote those you know, rather than look at talent in the wider Bunge pool.
