Pros

Nice office, a very good team, amazing relationships all around in cross-functional projects

Cons

No development for anyone except for selected few, those who then go to other companies and never achieve same level of seniority as they were Burberry, or their job in Burberry remains on their profile as main achievement for the rest of the decade. Very very poor pay to everyone, this company literary runs on peoples inertia. When they will all leave - they will take it with them and the whole operations side in Burberry will just collapse. Salaries in Burberry for anyone below Director and VP level is much less then a junior doctors have. Also - 4 days a week is not a good option at this day and age. Very overprices sample sale as a benefit in kind, which has also ridiculous and excruciating brand protection rules. So all in all - no, it's not worth it anymore.
