good leave policy, multiple projects, work life balance is good

Cons

appraisal is max 12% , there are good project as well as 15 years old project try not stuck with old project, transfer from one team to another is hard, performance review is compromised if you have any spat with your manager, management is bad, not so many perks and benefits compare to other mnc
