Pros

Great tradition, competitive advertising, pay and benefits. Excellent quality standards with menu items, food and guest accountability. Company is reinventing itself. An interesting time in BK history.

Cons

Age old problem of workforce issues, Gossip issues bring down morale, and the company isn't very proactive in addressing this issue. Threats scare but Action gets the attention.

Pros

Burger King is a great place to work from a flexibility standpoint. Schedules can and are tailored to your personal and family life. The job teaches you how to handle any situation on the fly. This is a skill you can carry with you to other professions. The skills training is second to none. You are literally given every opportunity to learn the job from the experiences of others. No need to re-invent the wheel here.

Cons

Very long hours. Lots of standing on hard floors. It is a pretty physically demanding position. The high pressure environment can be intimidating to newer managers.
