-HR is NOT your friend. If you have a serious issue they won’t do anything. -Management are insanely lazy. They sit in the office all day -Male AM treats everyone under him like garbage (Don’t bother telling the RM. She won’t care) -You as crew get blamed for everything -Favouritism -will pile 3-4 tasks onto you so that the favourites don’t have to do any work -lost so many good crew because management can’t get it together
