      easy once you know your stuff, can be stressfull at times but very rewarding when things go well:-)

      Pros

      Good training mangement programme. easy to go up the ladder if your good. rewarding when staff move up the ladder from your training. a fun place to work:-)

      Cons

      Can be stressful at busy times with little staff on. Burger King do their own reviews and audits and you are constantly training and keeping the place perfect for this which can be hard when busy.

      Free drinks, can get away with SOME free food, discounts, good addition to your resume.

      Cons

      enraged customers, lack of hours(depending where you live), bad scheduling If you really want to hate society........do drive thru.

      Sometimes the company goals cancel each other with different metrics. At times it can come impossible to run a perfert store when you have limited labor and a menu full of items to deliever in a short period of time.
