Pros

Some assistant managers are nice. Hours are decent. Schedules are flexible enough regular customers are nice Easy enough if you don't mind the "mindless zombie" lifestyle

Cons

Managers are rude and only care about their "speed-of-service" clock Pay is pathetic compaired to the level of work No benefits No way to tell if I'm being payed correctly Highly stressful and bad for a person with anxiety problems Managers will yell and not think twice about it

Pros

Review every few months, good raises! It's easy to be promoted if you just do your job. Friendly coworkers!!

Cons

Management tends to sit in office and be lazy while employees need help working, favoritism, some rude customers.

Pros

The company has great ideas and is looking to keep moving forward. The systems in place are good and the food is better then other burger joints.

Cons

Base pay frankly sucks compared to most restaurants with this kind of sales volume. Not all but some district managers would rather be out playing golf then actualy visit a store. You ask a question and are either told to call someone else or just plain ignored. Mainly just a plain aggravating experience.
