Pros

I started off in cleaning the parking lot and then worked my way up to fries.

Cons

Minimum wage but free food was good.

Pros

The scheduling is somewhat flexible. You can usually get the days you need off. Some may have a more set schedule and others varies each week. Advancement opportunities available (more likely with corporate than franchise)

Cons

Sometimes a major lack in hours given. A lot of times you run short-staffed while you're very busy. It's fast food - most of your angry and hungry customers feel that you are beneath them and will show it. Take it with a grain of salt.
