The fact is Burger king is best place to work who needs flexibility.

Cons

The company do not provide minimum level of contract hour, bank holiday payment. Consequently, it motivate employees to feel insecure.

Sometimes the company goals cancel each other with different metrics. At times it can come impossible to run a perfert store when you have limited labor and a menu full of items to deliever in a short period of time.
