Pros

You gain experience with cashiers You get one on one communication with customers

Cons

Management is terrible, Managing of the scheduals. The understanding of employees needing time off for important personal issues is non-existent. They expect u to be able to work 8 hours and not complain at all when its non stop fast past and customers start getting frustrated with the cashiers because the food isnt coming out fast enought
