Poor work / life balance company.

Pros

The relationships and direct interaction with field employees and franchise groups was great and as long as you had a good direct supervisor things were great.

Cons

The company's sale left hundreds without jobs and feeling as though they were abandoned as the company went in a new direction. Aside from those actions the company was a good place to work as long as you were able to put your family life to the side.

Pros

it was a good company to work for and i was able to develope several long lasting relationships with co workers

Cons

the hours or working were sometimes bad and the pay was not very good. If the company is making the amount of profit that it does I would expect better pay
