      Fair beginner job but needs to improve its flexibility

      Friendly co workers Decent for a beginner job but could be better Good work environment Creates experience in the fast food work area

      Cons

      Work days Schedule Hours Pay (although I can't complain due to this being my first job,there are much more opportunities that pay More than Burgerking)

      Pros

      The GM was always calling in, so I got over time every paycheck

      Cons

      The pay checks bounced regularly, so we had to pay the employees out of petty cash. I still didn't get my last paycheck. You'd think a massive brand like BK would pay their employees... you'd think...

      Pros

      Free meals and drinks while working. Other than that, I don't really see any pros of working there.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management that treats their managers and crew members like crap, acts like they're better than everyone else. No room for growth. Empty promises of promotions and raises that never happen.
