Pros

As long as you work to the best of your ability you can get promoted. Free meal everytime you work. Great flexibility.

Cons

It is not a good idea to work a midshift because of something happend to the main manager for the day(the closer or opener) you will be looked on to stay even if it is your time to leave. They do not care if you have plans. It is difficult to get a raise and of course there is favoritism. Some team members can get away with anything.

Pros

The pay was good. I appreciated the timeliness in my direct deposit pay. I had a set schedule. However the upper management was okay with managers switching shifts when needed.

Cons

To much work for one person. Strenuous deadlines. unorganized work environment made task completion almost impossible which affected the speed of service. New procedures at last minute and was expected to have everyone trained without sufficient time for training.
