Pros

Lots of available hours, are usually accommodating to days off. But once your on a shift. You are in it.

Cons

Undermining of employees, does not offer much if at all any of advice and help to improve. Needs better HR initiatives.

Pros

I was offered a very flexible schedule, which was a requirement since I was still in school at the time. I was able to work part time during school and my hours were increased over the summer when I wanted more work. Employees get a 50% discount on food, if I recall correctly.

Cons

Management was terrible once my original store manager left. New manager was incredibly rude to her employees and constantly avoided work. Much of the equipment was broken or always malfunctioning. We (the evening shift) were consistently understaffed, even during the dinner rush, while the day shift was always properly staffed, as this was the time when corporate would drop by. Management seemed to cut corners in every way and showed no genuine concern for employees or customers, only for satisfying their minimum requirements.
