      Training was almost non existent, when there was some it was inconsistent and poorly delivered. You must advocate for yourself if you want to learn how to do the work properly...

      Unlimited OT, can pick when and how long you want to work for OT

      Cons

      Inconsistent management, overall management is horrendous and it’s like chasing fires to put out then moving on to the next fire, no culture and morality

      3 day work shift, 12 hours in that environment is LONG! 5 DAYS A WEEK, UNIMAGINEABLE!
