Not very good place to work

Pros

Great bonus structure, great people to work with and a good variety of projects. Managers are pretty flexible about taking time off.

Cons

Horrible review structure, managers seem to be completely detached from from their employees, base salaries are very poor along with the raises. Opportunity to advance is very limited in regional offices.

Only focused on making money. On the EPC side, not very employee friendly.

good benefits and good coworkers

Cons

absolutely no communication. Managers are passive aggressive and at times outright lie. Client interaction and sales approach is extremely antiquated.
