Pros

A paycheck and all the overtime you could wish for if that is what you are want. Company vehicle provided. On the clock from when you leave your home until you return. Tools will eventually be provided but it takes months. There are some great people to work with outside of management.

Cons

The culture is chaos and burnout. Passive aggressive micromanagement. No communication or direction. No incentive to do well except receive a paycheck. Training is there in theory but is not effective. They expect employees to facilitate business out of their own pocket. They expect employees to be on-call but will not pay for employees to be "on-call". No work life balance unless you call in sick. They expect you to continue taking calls when you're at the end of your shift. Managers from other regions moving calls around to, from, and within your que without notice, along with sales people, dispatchers, an auto-dispatch system, and customer submitted website. The whole process is the model of inefficiency. If one employee messes up they punish all employees instead of trying to develop or correct employee. Benefits are equal to if not worse than what is provided through a temporary staffing company. No path to professional development. No bonuses, incentives, or appreciation of employees. Raises do not exist and upon separation, whether it was on them or the employee, they refuse to pay out accrued vacation time and fight unemployment claims, whether there is a reason or not. Management's attitude regarding employees is that employees do not matter and can be easily replaced. Employees are looked upon as slave labor as opposed to someone to develop into a full career.

Pros

Opportunity to gain experience across multiple manufacturers.

Cons

After a management change, I was laid off and later rehired. Upon returning, I was required to complete additional training for multiple manufacturers and take on increased responsibilities without a pay increase. There was frequent turnover in management, and disciplinary actions were issued early on by new leadership. Following that period, expectations continued to increase without additional compensation. Employees may be asked to work under separate entities, as I received a second W-2 from a different company. When I declined to continue working under that separate employer arrangement, I was let go. Safety concerns were not consistently treated with the level of seriousness expected in a role where physical harm is possible. Professional input and job titles did not always align with actual responsibilities.

Pros

Cool coworkers in the office, most of the techicians are great.

Cons

The management team is not great, everything is extremely disorganized, workload can be overwhelming due to lack of staff and people don't want to work there because of the low pay. They engage in illegal pay practices. For 2 yeare, they paid me considerably less than younger coworkers who were doing the same job on the same shift in the same location as me. Neither upper management nor HR was willing to address this issue even when I pointed out in writing that this practice is against state law in my state. Also, little or no opportunity for advancement. Technicians consistently report excessive workload and poor work-life balance, which leads to high turnover.
