Pros

The good thing about Burts Bees is that you get a four day work week 10 hours a day Monday thru Thursday

Cons

Bad training system that's unorganised that's created by entry level employees and if you're favoured you will move up in your skill blocks

Pros

It's a nice place to work if you are straight out of college and looking to gain experience; most people recognize the company name. The product is nice and at time you will be able to get free product.

Cons

They don't really care about their employees. They have MANDATORY community service, instead of allowing it to be volunteer work. When Clorox bought the company, they made a lot of changes, which didn't work very well with how BB was structured.

Pros

Friendly personnel over all. Great Place to gain experience out of school.

Cons

Individual Team clicks. Staff not very effective in the training or development of new staff.
