Pros

Most people are great to work with and have the expertise to do their job well. The products are wonderful and the goal of sustainability was real, not just smoke and mirrors.

Cons

BB is a constantly changing organization in consistent flux of goal setting and unable to balance meeting Clorox objectives versus what's right for the consumer. Intentions are often good, but the culture of more/more/more is counter to the values touted. It ends up being a place where excellent work is demanded in an accelerated pace without necessary resourcing or support for work/life balance.
