Pros

Great employee engagement with sustainability and the values. This seems to also apply to many of the Clorox employees I have met, once they learn more about us and how green they can be. Gorgeous building and work campus, walking distance from interesting restaurants and cafes.

Cons

You have to have a DIY attitude in order to get anything done, and also be good at forming relationships in order to gain favors. Some managers will drive you to work on weekends and others are more balanced. Depends on how worried they are about the potential downsizing from Clorox in the future.
