Great opportunity for a determined person capable of "mind-reading," but know that there's also a high level of information silo-ing between departments.
Cons
At the time I worked there, overall corporate onboarding lacked cohesion. Challenging for an inbound EA to pick up the culture if they haven't held other positions internally first; nontraditional corporate environment.
