Great experience, great benefits, amazing work/life balance. The Lifestyle is a core part of the company and work events are fun and frequent. The workplace doubles as a great community and I have formed meaningful friendships in my time here. Leadership is committed to core values of environmental responsibility, and inclusivity in the snowboarding space. There is a long way to go but the commitment is encouraging.
