      Busey does not care about the customers or their employees. They wear down the employees to the point of feeling like a robot. Turn over is insane

      Pros

      Busey has a good company culture and a lot of great benefits.

      Cons

      Health insurance benefits are the only negative to the job. It's a high deductible plan with high premiums, so it's a lot out of pocket, especially so if you have your family insured on the plan.

      lack of any leadership had to teach myself how to do the job no time for following up with clients and further helping them, expected to be on calls non-stop
