      The team is a great group of folks, The work is a ton of fun if you enjoy Systems Engineering.

      Cons

      The owner, Diana, is a total control freak. With the COVID-19 quarantine, she lost her mind and started getting really invasive in terms of spying on private tech communications and such. They also claim to care about work-life balance, but if you go in salaried, expect that to be just talk.

      The environment and people are amazing here.

      Pay is bad! All employees are under paid significantly which is sad as the company has grown so much there is no excuse for it.
