Pros

Good work-life balance in exchange for poor communication, irritable people, and stress when on the clock Talented people

Cons

Work culture was not for me. Lack of diversity within company even though it's heavily pushed for in our content. There seems to be a fake sense of urgency for all the wrong reasons, people just trying to protect their place in the company rather than truly advocate for their team- as a result there is no opportunity for career growth.
