Pros

I've worked at other media companies and BDG is by far the best one. It's the most efficient. People don't have egos. Everyone is nice and just wants to get the job done without any drama. People genuinely care about putting forward good work. People are supportive. Clients are mostly always happy with the work and their experience. Upper management is respectable and accessible. All in all its a pleasant, positive experience and people generally seem happy to be there.

Cons

It is still a media company.
