Pros

Semi good work-life balance and pay.

Cons

Despite some genuinely good people, upper management runs the company like a private club. Titles are handed out randomly to those who have been anointed and employees with more experience are bypassed. HR automatically dismisses anyone who asks too many questions or stands up for themselves.   One top editorial title holder has transformed the company with an archaic mode of operation. Choosing fear tactics and miscommunication to mask their own insecurities and lack of knowledge.  A few people of color have received well deserved promotions.  However, the executives suffer from a severe case of unconscious bias.
