Cons

Leadership need some work. When you get to some of the higher leadership that have been here for 30+ years, and combine that with a small town of 2800 people they all know each other and only their buddies get the promotions.

• Employee experience can vary significantly depending on management style • Some managers are collaborative and approachable, while others are high-strung, which can negatively impact morale across teams • Meetings often lack clear agendas or outcomes and can run longer than necessary • Recent return-to-office requirements have caused disruption, especially for roles that do not require in-person work • Performance review and goal-setting processes are not applied consistently across all areas of the business
