The pay!! The paid holidays. Benefits! They'll hire anyone so its easy to get a job there. Depending on where you're put, its not that hard to do the job, its just realllyyyy boring

Cons

Like i said, they'll hire anyone..which some people arent made for factory life style and move in a slow pace then expected which can be frustrating. Also your required to stay 12 hours, even if your department has finished for the day, if another department asks for people they WILL make you stay. I personally believe we were hired on for our own department and sometimes the department you were drafted into doesn't even need you, or they'd me fine without you.
