product quality is solid, but take a job here only if you're starving

Cons

Good ole boys club with old-style management skills, culture is dollars over employees, short-term strategy stagnant (it's been the same thing for the past ten years), no long-term strategy.

Good pay overtime friendly coworkers sometimes a food truck is there

Cons

extremely cold sometimes gmp/QA violations sucks line leads are unorganized lines break down point system NO work life balance especially if you are on 2nd shift
