Pros

Nice people, good benefits fun job all the hours a workaholic could want, lots of learning curves and always keeps you on your toes.

Cons

Not paying close enough attention to pay scale versus responsibility of employees I am a operator for the feed mill I know this mill inside and out and can and have fixed and worked on its equipment I work 60 plus hours a week and have to work extra hours regularly because the day shift operator refuses to come in and work anymore than his 5 days a week I get paid 40 dollars a week more than our lowest guy on the pole who couldn't pick his nose without having help I know I left for a year and came back but come on my 7 previous years of experience alone justifies more than our worst guy.

Pros

The people and management are great to work with. All are friendly and management does try to provide a good work environment with the employees. Bonuses and advancement are better than usual.

Cons

I was given a salary position, for which we came to a yearly amount, however, the amount that I am paid compared to the hours that I work is not working out. Yearly salary was divided 2080 working hours, however I am working between 50 to 60 hours a week.
