Good coworkers who understand the struggle

Cons

Managers and supervisors are terrible and they don't care about you or if you quit. They will lie about stuff on a daily basis. They will add more work and expect you work hard while they just stand there and do the bare minimum. There is high favoritism here it's blatantly obvious who's are the favorites and there is little to no double standards here. Pay is not worth the headache

I enjoy being apart of a company that values their people and continue to put their people first.

Cons

Only con about butterball is working in a cold environment, however its necessary considering we work in the turkey business.
