Lots of learning opportunities, decent pay and good benefits. Large stable company. Fairly nice facility. Can be fun place to work at times.

Cons

Lots of politics and knee jerk reactions causes lots of headache for maintenance personnel. Too many hours/weekends. Lots of favoritism shown towards certain employees by management while others are unfairly treated. Very top heavy management wise. Employees are not treated as though they are an asset to the company.
