The work wasn't hard and the pay was good

Cons

They want you to work every weekend possible, everyone tries to stab you in the back, the rest of your coworkers know how much you make before you do, you do your job while the lead sleeps in his truck but he gets promoted to supervisor, the atmosphere just seems sketchy.

Butterball continues to be a great place to work year after year. I've been impressed with their dedication to their employee's satisfaction, as well as the development opportunities we are afforded.
