Good place to work

Pros

Really good place to make money, even if you aren't very skilled. If you put in the work and make an effort you can do lots of hours at a pretty competitive wage. Overtime is a regular occurrence.

Cons

The initial few weeks or months can be difficult to adjust to if you aren't used to manual labor. That was the case for me, and I was definitely sore for a while. You really do get used to it though, and once you have some experience it won't really feel like work. Sometimes you have to work pretty long hours. 60 hour weeks aren't the norm, but they aren't unheard of. This has been especially true since the labor problems started a couple years back.
